CONTEST RULES

‘Valentine’s Day Contest – Au Bon Repos’

Article 1 – Organiser

The contest is organised by Au Bon Repos,

Place de la Chapelle 10, 1000 Brussels, Belgium

(hereinafter ‘the Organiser’).

Article 2 – Purpose of the contest

The purpose of the competition is to enable one participant to win a gift voucher worth €300, valid exclusively in Au Bon Repos stores, on Valentine’s Day.

Article 3 – Duration

The competition begins on the date of publication of the post on Instagram and Facebook and ends on Friday 13 February at 12 noon (Belgian time).

The draw and announcement of the winner will take place on Friday 13 February.

Article 4 – Conditions of entry

Entry is free and there is no obligation to purchase.

The following may enter:

• Any person of legal age (18 years of age)
• Residing in Belgium

The following may not enter:

• Members of the Organiser’s staff
• Any person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organisation of the competition

Only one entry per person per platform is permitted.

Article 5 – How to enter

On Instagram

For the entry to be valid, the participant must:

1. Follow the @aubonrepos page
2. Comment on the competition post, tagging 3 people
3. Share the competition post in a story

On Facebook

The competition is also being held on the Au Bon Repos Facebook page.

A separate winner will be selected for Facebook.

Any entry that is incomplete or does not comply with the terms and conditions will be considered void.

Article 6 – Selection of the winner

The winner will be selected by random draw using specialised computer software, ensuring the impartiality of the result.

Article 7 – Prize

The prize consists of:

• 1 gift voucher worth €300

The gift voucher:

• Is only valid in Au Bon Repos stores
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

Article 8 – Announcement and awarding of the prize

The winner will be contacted by private message via the platform used for their entry.

If no response is received within 7 days, the prize may be awarded to another participant.

Article 9 – Liability

The Organiser cannot be held liable in the event of:

• Technical problems related to the Instagram or Facebook platforms
• Cancellation, postponement or modification of the competition in the event of force majeure

Article 10 – Personal data

The data collected is used solely for the purposes of the competition and the selection of the winner, in accordance with GDPR regulations.

No data will be transferred to third parties.

Article 11 – Social media platforms

Instagram and Facebook do not sponsor or manage this competition and cannot be held liable under any circumstances.

Participants fully release Instagram and Facebook from any liability.

Article 12 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
